Ekadanta Greenfields, the subsidiary of IL&FS Engineering, has filed winding up petition in Andhra Pradesh HC against the company, alleging default in payment of nearly Rs 23 crore.
AP High Court will hear Ekadanta Greenfields' petition against Satyam on January 29.
In the previous trading session, the share dropped 1.48 percent to close at Rs 106.70 on Bombay Stock Exchange.
